Hundreds of artists flock to Canberra for Australian Ceramics Triennial Conference

Hundreds of ceramic artists have gathered in Canberra to show off their wares as part of the 2015 Australian Ceramics Triennale Conference Stepping Up.

The conference included speeches, master classes and panel discussions about pottery in Australia and around the world.

The three-day event also saw Canberra host dozens of ceramics exhibitions, showcases in shop windows and public market stalls.

The focuses of the conference this year was the future of ceramics and how to keep the profession a financially viable option for artists.
